Our Story

Named after our beloved 12 year old Basset Hound and resident taste tester, Flash. But don’t let the name fool you, our BBQ is cooked to perfection but served to you in a Flash!

Flash the Basset Hound has approved the various foods that we have to offer (although he doesn’t always eat his veggies).

Flash knows that some things take time, like cooking a brisket. But when it’s ready, it’s time to eat!
